If you are feeling lost, experiencing fear of the unknown, or have the “I don’t think I can get approved” in the mortgage process. You are not alone!
Many of my clients feel overwhelmed when navigating the mortgage process. They express confusion and uncertainty about where to begin. To address this, I take them through each step carefully, ensuring they feel confident and assured about their home-buying choice.
And I'm here to do the same for you!

Ready to seize control of the mortgage process and take a step closer to your dream home? Let's make it happen!
Follow these steps below to reduce the stress of applying and getting approved for a mortgage to buy your home or an investment property:
1) Establish your budget by taking into account your income, debts, and down payment. It's crucial to stay realistic to avoid ending up with a house that exceeds your financial means. A mortgage broker can assist you through this process!
2) Select a lender and mortgage with terms that suit your needs!
3) Get pre-approved so you can swiftly make an offer when you find a home you love.
4) After buying a home with a financing condition, await underwriting review. Once it's approved, you can then eliminate the financing condition from your purchase.
5) Schedule a time to sign the mortgage papers and cover closing expenses. It’s Closing Time!!!
6) CONGRATULATIONS! Start making those monthly mortgage payments! Your first payment isn’t due till 30 days after closing.
